SickKids needs to build a new hospital. On October 27th, the SickKids VS Limits Campaign launched a fundraising goal of $1.3 billion. “This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to change the future of children’s health. The people of Toronto and beyond have done it before and we are poised to do it again. It’s going to take all of us to achieve this ambitious goal.” The Heatwave and Icewave Events for SickKids are catalyst donors in this initiative. For the past 23 years the Heatwave and Icewave Events for SickKids have raised funds for the childhood cancer research and labs at SickKids. As leaders in this capital campaign The Richards Group new WinterGreen Festival for SickKids will take place at Woodbine Beach from November 23 to December 23 to raise funds for the new SickKids Hospital. Join us. SickKids VS Limits. Help fund the fight. Volunteer ApplicationSnow Volleyball Snow Volleyball will be a feature at the The Richards Group WinterGreen Festival for SickKids. The Holiday Market and Festival takes place from November 23 to December 23, 2017 at Woodbine Beach. Join us for Snow Volleyball! Many snow volleyball competitors are also beach volleyball players. No need to study new rules about the game. Snow and Beach volleyball rules are very similar. The only major difference is the snow volleyball players wear soccer shoes and dress a little warmer. Snow Volleyball will be an Olympic medal event in the 2022 Winter Olympics.Richards Group VS Limits The Richards Group Re/Max Hallmark is incredibly honoured to support SickKids Foundation and bring the Wintergreen Festival to the community in partnership with Boardwalk Place and Icewave. Not only do we have the opportunity to make a contribution to the SickKids VS Limits campaign to build a new hospital but we are very excited to bring a new winter tradition to families in Toronto.Winter Station Design Competition WinterStations is now embarking on its fourth year, again opening up an international design competition to bring temporary public art installations to The Beaches, an exhibition to celebrate Toronto's winter waterfront landscape. This year we are hoping to include up to six lifeguard stands, including an additional three by invited universities, across Balmy, Kew and Ashbridges Bay beaches located in the heart of the Beach community, south of Queen Street East, between Woodbine and Victoria Park Avenues. These utilitarian structures are to be used as the armature for temporary installations, which will need to be able to withstand the rigours of Toronto winter weather. The exhibition is to run February 19 until April 1, 2018.This is a single-stage open international competition, welcoming artists, designers, architects and landscape architects to submit concept proposals for WinterStations' temporary artwork installations.Nov 23 to Dec 23The Richards Group WinterGreen Holiday MarketLions Club Christmas Tree Nov 23 to Mar 31The Richards Group WinterGreen FestivalJanuary 2018The Richards Group WinterGreen FestivalPolar Plunge for Special Olympics OntarioFebruary 2018The Richards Group WinterGreen FestivalWinter Stations Design Competition March 2018The Richards Group WinterGreen FestivalWinter Stations Design CompetitionEarth Hour Lights OutWinterGreen FestivalHeatwave Events for SickKidsSickKids FoundationBeach BlastAshbridges Bay Beach VolleyballOntario Volleyball AssociationVolleyball CanadaTo unsubscribe from our newsletter please click here Virus-free. www.avg.com
