D&B Tool and Die Company Ltd. was established in 1987 as a top quality tooling shop, specializing in a custom fixturing and equipment for the automotive and manufacturing industries. D&B has over the years been offering production of subassembly cells, testers, finishing centers and welding cells. Our advanced machine & design capabilities include fully integrated CAD/CAM, using the most up to date software available. Delmo has extensive experience designing and building molds for closures from simple bump off, slide action, unscrewing to flip top applications and tamper evident band closures applications. Our overall philosophy is to design user friendly, but robust molds that stand up to the rigorous demands of high speed production. Most molds allow for maintenance to be carried out while in the molding machine. Every mold we build is fully tested and debugged in one of our test machines. We take great pride in shipping proven molds that are easily and quickly integrated into our customer's production stream. As part of our ongoing customer commitment, we also provide start up assistance, training and service world wide.

You will find our technicians to be professional and most importantly very knowledgeable. Our technicians are factory trained and receive yearly refreshers. All repairs done to your instruments are done to manufacturers specifications and we only use factory replacement parts. We also offer replacement equipment (at a minimal cost) while your instrument is in for service. All replacement instruments are calibrated to manufacturer’s specs and certified. As a courtesy we include a copy of the calibration certificate for your records. A pre and post calibration is also offered at a minimal charge.
