Delmo has extensive experience designing and building molds for closures from simple bump off, slide action, unscrewing to flip top applications and tamper evident band closures applications. Our overall philosophy is to design user friendly, but robust molds that stand up to the rigorous demands of high speed production. Most molds allow for maintenance to be carried out while in the molding machine. Every mold we build is fully tested and debugged in one of our test machines. We take great pride in shipping proven molds that are easily and quickly integrated into our customer's production stream. As part of our ongoing customer commitment, we also provide start up assistance, training and service world wide.
