Recognizing that today's farm operations are larger and more complex, County Line strives to be the number one solution for service and innovation all across Ontario. We Know Agriculture! When Neil &Theresa Scholten started County Line equipment in 1998, they recognized the need for a variety of in-barn supplies such as feeders and heaters as well as external grain and feed storage. As poultry farmers, they used their experience and knowledge to provide that variety of services in the poultry, hog and dairy business. In 1999 a building was erected on the Scholten farm to serve their customer base and in 2006 an addition was completed. Having outgrown the facilities, in 2007 another much larger shop was built in nearby Teviotdale. By the beginning of 2008, the move was completed and County Line was established in Teviotdale. In September 2012, County Line purchased First Choice Bosman. County Line expanded operations to our current facilities, just north of Listowel on Hwy 23, closing the Teviotdale location. Today County Line remains a family owned company, employing up to 35 workers during the summer months. With lots of hard work, the new business continues to grow and now serves customers across Southwestern and Central Ontario.
