Interested in factoring in more wellness in your day? Kicking off a monthly wellness social where we will be doing activities collectively that foster wellbeing with intention.
This Sunday we will go on a yoga walk where we will start with a short yoga sequence at Sugar Beach (meet right by the sign). (15 minutes)
Then we will do a mindful walk along the waterfront trail to HTO Park. (30 minutes)
Once we arrive at HTO Park we will close off with a short yoga sequence and proceed into our meditation and intention setting circle. (30 minutes)
Please bring something to write with and a journal and wear comfy clothing. No yoga mat is needed as the poses will be standing.
This is a donation based experience (Pay What You Can). Please also bring the MRACX fee of $2.00.
