Michael Garron Hospital Foundation and Toronto Hustle are partnering again! Our Ride for Mind starts at 6 p.m. on March 4, 2022. This 24-hour virtual cycling event will raise funds to help Michael Garron Hospital support people in East Toronto with the mental health programs, resources and facilities they need to thrive – and we can’t do it without you!
This event began as CRUSH COVID in March 2020, supporting Michael Garron Hospital’s frontline workers and pandemic response. In 2021, CRUSH COVID: Ride for Mind supported our community through the pandemic’s mental health crisis. Together these events raised more than $675,000.
Now it’s time to get involved with our third-annual virtual cycling event. There are a number of ways you can participate: register to ride, create or join a team, donate and spread the word!
You can ride solo or sign up as team with a group of friends, family or coworkers
No registration fee or fundraising minimums to participate
The event takes place on the Zwift cycling app and is livestreamed on Facebook/Zoom (Zwift not mandatory to participate!)
Everyone rides at their own pace, and a wide range of abilities and ages take part
You can cycle the full 24 hours, ride as a team relay or just cycle for a short period of time
No matter how you move – Zwift, Peloton, treadmill or other – all activities are welcome!
