Finding the perfect balance between tightness/strength and weakness/flexibility in our hamstrings presents an interesting challenge. Too much tension and the string breaks. Too little and we lack support in our standing poses and forward bends. By transforming tightness into strength and weakness into flexibility we can bring the two into harmony, not unlike the challenge of tuning the strings on a guitar. In this workshop, we will explore dynamic actions that maintain that fine balance.
