***This event is only for TJEX members who have participated in language exchange at least twice this year. Please join the waitlist and we will confirm your attendance after we review your participation history.

・We will charge 8 dollars per person to cover food, drinks and other expenses. Please read the following instructions.

1. Sign up for the event.

2. Your name appears in the waiting list.

3. Your participation history is reviewed.

4. You receive Email address from us for Ineterac E-Transfer payment.

5. You make CAD 8.00 payment via E-Transfer.

6. You are moved to “going list”

・Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellation requests by 23:59 on August 24th. You won’t get any refund after the deadline.

※We accept refund only this event is postponed or cancelled due to inclement weather.

・We will prepare some food and drinks, please feel free to bring food or snacks you can share with people. In Ontario, drinking alcohol in a public place is prohibited, so please DO NOT bring any alcoholic drinks

・We will sit on the beach so if you’d prefer, feel free to bring a parasol or blanket. We won’t prepare any games so feel free to bring fun stuff such as, volleyball, frisbee, beach ball, float, swimwear, etc…

・We will let you know the meeting spot later on this page.

・If the weather is bad, we will postpone the event until September 2nd (the following Saturday). If we have to postpone the event, we will announce this in the comments section of this page by 12:00 PM on the day, so please keep checking our page.
