self love sundays
Are you someone that is always busy taking care of other people and/or responsibilities, with no time for yourself? Do you forget or not have to practice self love? Hi my name is Anastasia and I am starting this group just for you, because self care is so vital to a healthy life, so every Sunday for at least an hour get out meet new people and maybe even make some new friends. Lets go for walks, do photography in high park, connect on zoom, or even have a little pampering day. In the summer we will also be doing art in Downsview or high park or even a beach day. I will post on Facebook and Instagram at empower me deco every Monday at 9am with the information for the upcoming Sunday, so like and follow to keep up to date on the latest Information. 15% of the fee will be donated to CAMH
