Hatha yoga is a traditional style for of yoga that emphasizes on controlling the mastering the mind through the body holding asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques).

The practice of Hatha yoga is designed to balance the body’s energy channels, or nadis, and promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Through various asanas and pranayama techniques, Hatha yoga seeks to purify the body, improve flexibility, increase strength, and cultivate inner stillness and awareness.

There are 4 Levels of Series of Asana offered from our Lineage. The set sequence series are designed to systematically jump start illumination process of the Chakra system.

The the first series of practice is accessible to individuals of all levels of practitioners. The series is focused on awakening, activating and balancing the emotional body.

The 2nd posture series on wards are offered to the student on an individual basis from the instructor once the minimum purification requirements for the first series has been fulfilled by the practitioner.
