Join us for our newest experience on the sand!
This class is suitable for all levels. Settle in on the sand as our talented instructor; Cherevic takes you on a journey. We will settle in and stretch out with some easy poses designed to relax and release. Soon after we will ask to lay down on your matts, close your eyes and be present in all other senses. A variety of instruments will be used to tell a story as you allow your mind to engage yet rest. A must try experience for anyone.
